Mark Azzolina, director of the Kids From Wisconsin, runs a tight ship, and usually the Kids love it. "We have to be disciplined," Azzolina, a former Air Force colonel, said Tuesday before the first show at the Wisconsin State Fair. "But that is the only way a thing like this can work. We have to conform to the 15 year old, not the 19 year old."
