At Historic Images, we want you to be completely satisfied with your archival prints and vintage decor. If your order does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the item in its original protective sleeve and shipping tube to ensure it is not bent or creased during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our archivists inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
