Mitchell back on the stand. New York, New York -- John N. Mitchell, former United States arrorney general, was back on the witness stand Wednesday, this timein his pre-Nixon administration role as a municipal bond expert. Mitchell testified before the Moreland Commission in connection with last winter's collapse of the New York State Urban Development Corporation.
