This model shows an interesting design and land use proposed for the new Highland Park public housing project in Milwaukee. Two round towers in the background will contain 110 one bedroom apartments each for elderly persons. The towers will be 12 stories high, with community facilities and utilities on the first floor and apartments on the top 1. Miss Patricia Lesniewski, an employee of the housing authority, points to one of the 14 two story buildings which will contain 54 four and five bedroom units for families.
