This portrait of the late Federal Judge F.A. Geiger will be presented to the federal court here Thursday as a gift of attorneys in the eastern part of Wisconsin, the judicial district over which Judge Geiger presided from 1912 to 1939. With the portrait are Judge Geiger's successor, F. Ryan Duffy (left), and his son, George Geiger.
