Richard Haydn is somewhat less than relaxed as he reluctantly chauffeurs hitch-hiking, strabismic lion Clarence. Both, however, co-star in "Clarence, the Cross-Eyed Lion," the two-part premiere color presentation on ABC-TV's new family series, "Off to see the Wizard," Fridays, September 8 and September 15 (7:30-8:30 p.m., Eastern Time).
