Duncan, chief of staff of the Army Air Forces, was one of ofur American airmen to arrive in London today, as new speculations arose concerning the re doubling of the aerial attack on the Reich and opening of the second front to help the hard pressed Red Army. It was also announced that members of Parliament heard a "Frank statement" by Soviet Ambassador Ivan Maisky at a secret meeting.
