Mr. Burke, 81, is retired superintendent of the New Orleans Fire Department. Mrs. Burke is 75. They attended Mass Tuesday at St. Theresa of Avila Church where Mr. Burke's parents were married. They have one child living. One is deceased. They have three grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
