The Louisiana Federation of Women's Clubs convention in Monroe, honors were received by (from left) Mrs. Harry Dupre, state president and also a representative of District I and II, which received the legislation award; Mrs. Dale Wattigney, immediate past president of Norco Woman's Club, which was named outstanding club, and Mrs. Walter C. Christensen, district president, who holds the outstanding district trophy.
