Los Angeles- Sherman Pue Dockery, 27-year-old dishwasher, poses out county jail in Los Angeles today and tells newsmen; "I'm glad to be out." Dockery had been held in jail for nearly 10 months after becoming lost in a morass of administration. He was freed after Superior Court Judge David W. Williams in Santa Monica placed him on probation in an arson case stemming from an October 1966 fire in a vacant house.
