Luebke is in New Orleans to attend a joint convention of the Deep South Bakers and the New Orleans Master Baekers' Association Inc. at the Fontainebleau Motor Hotel. A butter cream frosted cake in new Orleans probably has fewer calories per slice than the same cake baked in New York.
