Mrs. Evelyn J. Garic is the new president of the New Orleans Chapter of the National Association of Women in Construction. Other new officers are Mmes. Pat Keller, first vice-president; Joyce Cavanaugh, second vice-president; Elsie Richard, recording secretary and Pat Baldridge, treasurer.
