Modell, vice-president of the Aero Service Corporation, Philadelphia, and international air survey company, will speak at a meeting of the Louisiana section, American Society of Civil Engineers at 8 p.m. Monday in the Engineers' Club. His topic will be "How Photogrammetry Aids the Engineer."
