The new export terminal under construction by the Jackson County Port Authority near Pascagoula, Miss., is about 40 per cent complete. The $3 million project is due to be completed in March. It will provide 176,000 square feet of covered storage space and two deep water berths, one 740 feet long and the other 520 feet. It is located in the heart of the Bayou Casotte Industrial Area.
