Mrs. Hugh LeNoir was elected and installed as president of the Newcomers' Club of New Orleans Tuesday to succeed Mrs. Clyde Houk. Others named at the club's regular luncheon at the Monteleone hotel were Mrs. J.G. Mallette, first vice-president; Mrs. Wayne Mack, second vice-president; Mrs. John Carr, recording secretary; Mrs. George Beach, corresponding secretary; Mrs. W. Ray Frazier, treasurer, and Mrs. R.M. Jordan, parliamentarian.
