This gas meter at the home of Tom Decourcy, 4316 Bissonet Drive, Metairie, doesn't leak now, because part of the home's outside wall paid the price. Repair of this meter is a result of the full-scale survey going on in Jefferson Parish to repair natural gas line leaks.
