Buildings at 524-530 Natchez Street will be renovated. Four antebellum buildings in the Central Business District will be acquired by a doctor and two lawyers and renovated at a cost of $1.9 million. The four attached buildings at 524-26-28-30 Natchez St. will be acquired in an act of exchange by Doctor J. Gregory Kinnett, C. Ellis Henican Jr. and Joseph P. Henican. The buildings currently are owned by Dameron Pierson, an office supply company, and used as warehouses.
