At least, this is the optimistic hope for Mrs. Edwin H. Blum, president of the Women's Guild of the New Orleans Opera House Association. Since assuming office two years ago, Mrs. Elum and her organization have worked diligently to make a dream become a reality, a dream which would give New Orleans an opera house once again.
