Walter and Herman Meinke. Together after 40 years. The Eastern Airlines plane glided to a stop. Herman Meinke Sr. in the waiting room wanted to go out to meet it. On board was his brother, Walter Meinke, a Hamburg, Germany taxi operator whom he hadn't seen for 40 years. But he didn't go. He has a bad heart.
