New Orleans Police - Of the total number of people employed by a commercial firm 25 percent will steal from the company, 25 percent will never steal, and 50 percent may if the conditions are right. That's the opinion of Sergeant James W. Kruebbe, polygraph examiner at New Orleans police headquarters, who has administered lie detector tests to innumerable employees suspected of dishonesty in the New Orleans area.
