Optimist International - John M Parker, a director of international affairs for Optimist International, is in New Orleans to start work on the international convention to be held here in 1965. He met with representatives of the Optimist clubs of New Orleans, New Orleans East and Jefferson for an informal discussion in the Roosevelt Hotel.
