Scholten, manager of the Voice and Visual Equipment Laboratories of the Philco Corporation, Willow Grove, Pa., explained the e-systems can immediately interpret variations in design made by a designer who has merely drawn his new ideas with electronic pencil onto an acthode ray tube similar to a television tube.
