Watkins, Chicago, Illinois, president of the Institute of Read Estate Management, National Association of Real Estate Boards, will be the speaker at a meeting of the Real Estate Board of New Orleans, Inc., at 12:15 pm Monday at the new Century ballroom of the Monteleone Hotel. His topic will be "Management Looks to the Future," said George Danziger, board publicity chairman.
