Mrs. Joe A. Shepperd of Burnet, Texas, has progressed from carrier pigeons to cattle to dinosaurs. Wife of a doctor-rancher, Mrs. Shepperd is here today to give a book review of her fairy tale for children, "Why There Are No More Dinosaurs.: She and her daughter, Suzanne, 11, are visiting Mrs. Shepperd's sister, Mrs. William Bergman, 191 E.
