French Ambassador Henri Bonnet, returning from conference with his government in Paris arrives at LaGuardia Field here with his wife. He said he had "mattes of great urgency" to discuss with Sec. of State Marshall, but denied published reports that he would ask for emergency U.S. loan to France.
