Huff, finance officer. Sturges J. Dicing Sr., judge advocate; Gerald Bommarius, provost marshal; the Rev. Joseph Pickett, chaplain; John Shields, public relations officer; Henry L. Carter, historian, and Victor Gross Jr., service officer.
