Cutting their Golden wedding cake are Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Dobard, 1238 Flood, who celebrated their 50th anniversary with ceremonies at St. Maurice church and a reception at the hall of the Hinton Causey Post, Veterans fo Foreign Wars, in Arabi. Both are natives of new Orleans. He is 73, she is 72. They have four children, eight grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
