Andrew L. Fisher is the newly elected chairman of the Jefferson Parish Planning Advisory Board. Other members are Frank J. Golemi, vice-chairman; Mrs. Hilda B. Knoff, secretary, and John C. Eble. Fisher succeeds Leonard E. Beller.
