Removing a box of affidavits from the Municipal Court section o Judge Joseph R. Bossetta, Detective Robert Frey is accompanied by Lieutenant Paul Dyer. The officers also removed a docket box and a receipt book, for transfer to police headquarters and further investigation. Robert J. Grisoli Wednesday requested and was granted a leave of absence from his job as chief clerk in a section of municipal court in which the defacement of records is being investigated.
