New Orleans Port of Embarkation 1st Lieutenant Crane P. Fitzwilson, a resident of New Orleans before entering service, has been assigned by the Army Transportation Corps to the New Orleans Port of Embarkation. Lieutenant Firzwilson is a graduate of the New Orleans Military Academy and was formerly stationed at the New York Port of Embarkation.
