Presenting a life membership in the Louisiana Garden Club Federation to Mrs. J. Norris Hanning (right) a former president of the group, is Mrs. E. L. Joubert III, president of the Flora and Design Study Club, at the club's Christmas installation luncheon at Delmonico's Restaurant Monday afternoon. City Councilman James E. Fitzmorris Jr. presented Mrs. Hanning a key to the city and a certificate of merit.
