Dennis Young is 72 years old. But the boy with whom he's matched in the Volunteer Probation Program swears he's 45. Dennis Young is one of 100 New Orleanians who care enough about young people to put their time where a lot of people put their time put a lot of philosophizing. They're volunteers in the two-year-old citizen arm of the Orleans Parish Juvenile Court.
