A band of safety-minded New Orleanians, school parents' clubs and other women's organizations will get a pat on the back Friday for their deep concern about their community's welfare. These are people who have never missed a safety meeting of their organizations and groups who have never missed sending representatives during the past year. They are members of the Women's Activities Division and School Division of the Metropolitan New Orleans Safety Council.
