Mrs. Ezilda Michel holds the Agnes Morris Memorial Award which was presented to her by the Louisiana Public Health Association for her many years of loyal and diligent service in the field of public health. The award was announced at the associaiton's annual meeting in Monroe. It was presented Tuesday in the office of the New Orleans Board of Health at City Hall.
