Dr. M.D. Mobley, president of the American Vocational Association Inc., said in New Orleans Friday that he believes the country's economy will be very sound, at least for the next 12 months. He said that in the United States today there are many job openings and the only problem that is obstructing these jobs from being filled is the lack of training available to those who want the jobs.
