Marking their 60th wedding anniversary Sunday are Mr. and Mrs. Louis Palermo, 3301 Annunciation. Palermo, 83, is a retired grocer. His wife is 75. Both natives of New Orleans, the couple has six children, six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
