Leo Perez Jr. was elected president of the Grand Isle Tarpon Rodeo Association, whose rodeo is to be staged July 19-21 at Grand Isle. Other new officers elected were Oscar Turlington, first vice-president, and Judge Herbert W. Christenberry, second vice-president.
