New officers of the New Orleans Traffic and Transportation Bureau, who were elected at International House Wednesday, are (from left) James W. Martin, president; Louis A. Schwartz, reappointed general manager; J. Noreen Jackson Jr., second vice president, and P.S. Kernion, secretary treasurer. Not pictured is C.S. Larsen, first vice president. James W. Martin was elected and installed as president of the New Orleans Traffic and Transportation Bureau Wednesday at a meeting in International House. He succeeds William F. Rellstab. Other new officers include C.S. Larsen, first vice president; J. Norcom Jackson Jr., second vice president; and P.S. Kernion, secretary treasurer.
