The Reverend W. Spencer Wren has been elected president of the Jefferson Community Action Program Incorporated. Other new officers include George T. Geiger and Gus Soniat, vice-presidents; Mrs. Thomas E. Lewis, secretary; John Stevenson, treasurer; and Harry Jennings, associate director.
