Reginald Bryan Owen, son of the late Major Reginald Owen and Ruth Bryan Owen Rohde, was married at the Church of St. Paul the Apostle here to Marie Louise Weber. The bride is daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Eugene H. Weber. The bride is daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Eugene H. Weber of University of Colorado school of Engineering this year. The groom's mother formerly was U.S. envoy to Denmark. Bride and groom after the wedding ceremony.
