Leonard Gelfand of Cleveland tells newsmen that he received no help from law enforcement agencies or airline officials in his search for his son, Mitchell, 14, and the boy's grandmother, Sarah Krasnoff, who made more 80 flights back and forth across the Atlantic late in the summer.
