C. Jackson Grayson tells newsmen in Washington Wednesday that his Price Commission has ruled that doctors must limit their fee increases to an average of 2.5 percent. Hospitals, he said, must not raise rates more than 6 percent without specific approval. Grayson cited prevailing 12.9 percent rate of inflation in health services.
