Senator Philip A. Hart, D-MI, is a witness Tuesday before the Joint Economic Committee in Washington. Hart, who is chairman of the Senate Anti-trust and Monopoly subcommittee, told the group that the nation's industrial setup must be restructured "unless we are willing to resign ourselves to an eternity of wage-price controls." Economic power has become so concentrated, he added, that prices are no longer controlled in the marketplace.
