Dr. Pierre Grondin (left) head surgeon, holds a clamp on a major heart artery while assistant snips it off. Bulge on the heart identifies the coronary arteries. Top of the heart is toward the doctor's hands. Heart was received by Gaetan Paris who is reported in good condition.
