Mr. and Mrs. Harold Hathaway, who are deaf and blind, are ready to celebrate Christmas with their son Clarence, 4 1/2, who has normal senses. Mrs. Hathaway is "talking" with her husband by touching his hand. Clarence, who decorated the tree, also has learned to communicate with his parents by touch.
