Vice President Nguyen Cao Ky visits Naval War College clossroom at Newport, Rhode Island, where a number of his South Vietnamese countrymen are completing a special training program in basics of coastal and ravine warfare. Ky is making a two-and-a-half week tour of the United States visiting military installations where South Vietnamese personnel are training.
