Mrs. Ceinwen King-Smith, blind since birth, has been turned down in two years of successive efforts to be hired as a Russian teacher in city schools. She has taken her case to U.S. District Court. She holds a masters degree from Harvard and teaches at a training center for hard core unemployed in Pittsburgh.
