There were no signs of disagreement between Soviet Premier Nikita Khrushchev and his East German allies during this German Peace Treaty talk in East Berlin. With the Communist leader were from left, East German Communist party boss Walter Ulbricht; Khrushchev; an interpreter, at rear, and East German premier Otto Grotewohl. The draft of a proposed Russian-East German peace treaty to take effect if East and West continue to disagree on an all-German pact,may be completed before Khrushchev flies back to Moscow tomorrow.
