Belgian Premier Theo Lefevre tells newsmen in Brussels today that the country's physicians and dentists have ended their 18-day strike, and that they've agreed to meet with the government next Wednesday in attempt to settle differences over new socialized medicine law. Decision to end the strike followed 15 1/2 hours of intensive negotiations during which rectors of Belgium's four universities acted as intermediaries.
