Israeli Prime Minister Golda Meir gestures during a news conference upon her arrival in the United States Monday. Mrs. Meir arrived at Dulles International Airport near Washington and said she hoped there would be no repetition of the incident in which Israel shot down a Libyan airliner. She is scheduled to meet Thursday with President Nixon.
